What email data is accessed
With your consent, the app reads metadata from your Outlook Inbox and Sent Items for the last 12 months to understand the topics you work on.
What is stored
We store email metadata (subjects, senders, dates) and structured, safe summaries of your responsibilities. We avoid storing full email bodies; where temporarily needed they are encrypted and purged after processing.
What is never shared
Raw email content is never made searchable across the company. One employee's emails are never shown to another employee. Search results explain why someone is recommended without revealing private email text.
Deleting your data
From My Data & Privacy you can revoke access and request deletion of your sync data, inferred profile, and draft history at any time.
